check out SZ's classified. There are sometimes pretty good deals on used boots. Though they are used, they usually come vibramed, so the boots are pretty much is good condition. However, good deals don't last long there, so you have to be vigilant. Otherwise, the other places I usually go to is Yahoo JP. Alternatively, Lostnfound is a place that you can check out too. They offer good deals on boots now and then. There is a MA+ staple boot on there right now, which is pretty baller.

The Archive (http://archivesf.com/) in san francisco as well as Sartorialoft (http://www.sartorialoftla.com/) in los angeles stock MA+. I haven't been to the Archive, but the Sartorialoft is a fantastic store. David, the owner, really knows his **** and the whole store is stocked with amazing designers. They also have an unbelievable archive of carpe diem and avantindietro.

As for second hand, as hurhur said, SZ and www.lostnfoundshop.com are good. Occasionally MA+, carpe diem, poell, guidi, etc pop up on Eva Gentry Consignment (Brooklyn, NY) http://www.evagentryconsignment.com/. It's not often, but it's certainly something to check now and then. And if you are ever in Brooklyn, certainly check out both the consignment and regular shops.

SZ's marketplace will probably get you the best deals for pre-owned stuff. Thinking about it SZ's marketplace is pretty amazing at times.

The lace up boot on farfetch is probably the most ridiculous deal I've ever seen on Guidi... you guys should be robo-kopping if you dig the 995 model.
