Not sure I see a huge difference, my phone is foreshortening them a little bit though.  They are slipping a tiny bit though so they might go back.

Why is it that we always see the same brands (Guidi, CPP, MA+, Marsell, A1923, Layer Zero) being posted in this thread?

 

There ARE other brands of shoes and boots out there which qualify for this thread with the 700+ price tag.

Yes, all  of the brand above offer shoes which can be worn as part of a streetwear line.  

It's not those bands core aesthetic though...

I don't think anyone's going to complain if you post a pair from their line that clearly fits a streetwear look.

 

I just posted a pair of Taralis boots, there have been Dior Homme and some other stuff posted in here in the past.  Those bands just make footwear the core of their brand image and have a clear streetwear aesthetic, so they get posted more frequently.

So post some?

The $700+ is a joke. This is the Streetwear boot thread, my understanding is even the most informal shoes from those manufacturers would be a bit buttoned-up for the prevailing aesthetic of SW&D

i've seen a guy on SZ rock black shell cordovan aldens with all of the "avant garde" aesthetic clothes (sorry fellas i have no idea how to describe the clothes, maybe sz style but no one likes that), it definitely works but i would consider a balmoral boot to go with the aesthetic, but a plain toe or cap toe in a darker color can definitely work
