i'm cleaning out my closet and finally selling some stuff that didn't work out. i bought some a1923 derbies a while back and unfortunately they're a touch too small. someone asked me to post pics of them but i never got around to it until now. i'm like 95% sure they're horse leather but would appreciate some insight if anyone knows for certain (it's stiff as hell).

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
not to advertise too much but if you're interested in them i'm going to be posting a thread sometime soon (next few weeks) but you can contact me now. they're unworn, size 44, but fit closer to a 43 or 43.5 (smaller with insole) and I'm looking for $825 to get back what i paid. really beautiful shoes, pains me to sell them. the left shoe is considerably more visibly distressed than the right as you can see from pics. would trade for a size 45 or some *distressed* leather side/back zip boots (pref a1923 but will consider all brands)...willing to do cash + trade for boots since they're more expensive.
actually speaking of which, does anyone know where i could get a pair of distressed black (or really dark brown/grey) leather boots to fit a size 44 for below retail? looking not to spend anymore than like $1100 and willing to buy something already worn (but in good condition of course). as stated, i typically lean toward a1923/augusta boots but would consider others too. thanks.
