Lol. Thanks bro :-) the whole project has been a long hard 9month slog.

You're more than welcome to use it next time you're in London. ;-)

Although they aren't baller material, does anyone know anything about Russell Armand boots? Considering buying these: http://www.styleforum.net/t/324775/russel-armand-la-size-10

Have been after a pair of Augusta derbyz myself. Just bought a pair in quite thick horse. Will post a pic shortly.
Also interested in the toe shape. Looks bolbous in your pic, but had assumed quite classic/slightly pointy from the shop pic.
Have you any clearer pics?

Thanks!
These are the 'Smooth Cow Leather Round Toe Derby'. It is not bulbous IRL.

I find these to be better than the last pair I owned in every aspect, especially that they feel more comfortable when worn.

Your look nice too! Are they green IRL or is that the flash?

It's the flash. They are black :-)
Thanks for the info. I owned some augusta calf boots in the past. Nice kop. Calf is more comfortable for sure

Sorry for the crappy pic. It's from the shop. I'll get some proper pics when they arrive in a couple of days.

I am quite surprised as to how comfortbale they are, even though they are not calf. Really thick cow leather, but still great to walk around in!

@eton97: Where did you get the A1923? Library?

Anyways, here is my SS13 wish list:

- A1923 side zip boots, black kudu.
- Layer-0 1.5 H16B boots, black cordovan.
- MA+ backzips, dark green.

I got them from frida. Hlorenzo has the same pair in stock. I have the 6 hole workbook in the same leather. It's crunchy and nicely creased and thick as hell. No scarring (which I'm not that keen on). The treatment on the leather is wonderful. Gives them a really antique vibe.
Sorry about mix up between calf and cow. The cow is much more substantial and far nicer IMO.
Never really shop at the library.....prefer the guys at Hostem/library or happy to order from the many international places I know well.
Had a period of owning quite a few ma+ boots/shoes but im just not into the cleaner aesthetic of ma+ right now.
For me it's Augusta and CCP

have you stopped by DSM and checked out the m_moria stuff?

(or has anybody in the UK area)

I'm going to hop on a plane and cross the pond to see these if I can't get any feedback....

I'm probably popping in tomorrow or Friday. With have a look, but tbh from the moria pics I've seen so far, they seem very underwhelming in terms of aesthetic and overwhelming in terms of price, irrelevant of the craftsmanship.
Will be interesting to see if my view changes when I see them in the flesh. I doubt it....I certainly won't like them anymore....maybe I'll see the superior craftsmanship that puts them £1k over what is already extremely expensive Augusta/ma/CCP footwear.....but I doubt that as well....

The sink is waiting for you to pop on a plane ;-)

eck, I've handled m_moria. beautiful sole and leather, but ultimately they're ugly shoes...do not compare to any of the previous carpe lines.
