Surface to Air - they really don't fit my foot well, despite the size being "correct."
I've had good luck with margiela boots - all three pairs I have are really, really nice. The leather treatment on the rose boots is really something, and the canvas pair may not have the shoemaking pedigree as some of the other brands I own, but so far they appear to be totally bombproof, insanely comfortable, and they have, quite frankly, an absolutely fantastic shape. the Western boots have a wonderful leather and appear to be equally sturdy (of course, they don't compare with the augustas, or even the trickers, in terms of build quality, but they are all absolutely beautiful boots.
The Augustas are really something special, really in all ways, but I've had a lot of problems working them into my everyday wardrobe, which is unfortunate. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair, particularly one of the models that doesn't have the obnoxiously low heel, because they are really, really impressive up close.
I'm not really into the guidi backzips, or the toebox of the 696, but I do like those 995's.
