I have tried few ankle boots from layer-0 and honestly i cant balance them clothes wise. Smtgh about the upturn toe and slim profile of the heel. Really comfy though. I do find a1923 lace ups much easier to match with pants etc

That one resembles sissy pee even more than the previous version. Beautiful, nevertheless.

I like it, prefer the slightly rounder toe box on this one. Cant rock the pointy ccp toebox.
Where is the buffalo version from?

While I do appreciate incredible quality of this footwear, I think that the designer is being unreasonable for raising pricing like this. It's somewhat disrespectful to customers in my opinion.

Well its partially him and partially the boutiques. Who knows what the actual cost is.
I do agree the price is becoming unreasonable and i simply wont pay it. But here is an example, PN/P is selling a version of the boot for 1560E, thats $2153.58 - vat, comes out to 1723 (rounded). Indeed that as well is a bit much but the difference between archive's version price is (here link) is 2450 - 1723 = $727. Now idk how much of that is their cost of doing business but its a bit unreasonable for me because i know PN/P already marked the boot up too and its cheaper there.

There are also things to consider like MC brands GG, EG, Vass, JL, those are all super expensive and their quality is no worse.

I guess price is part of the allure now.
