Yeah, I like the more bulbous toes of the older stuff
The hand-dye is a nice touch too

Here's my backzips in brown, hand-dye, riri zips:

you beat me to it, i was just about to post this :)

My 2c, i think the real standout is the lace up boot out of the 3 and its made out of calf (i would prefer horse). The hand painted boot is really cool but impractical i think and the double zip kudu i'd like to see in regular non-reverse leather. If i were to compare the post of the new ma+ (i know they are mostly redone things from his line) i'd have to lean towards the ma+ line. Dont get me wrong i like the risks that a1923 takes to make cool boots.

those are the ones Magic1 sold. he stretched the boots at a cobbler, which unfortunately became a dealbreaker for me :(

with that said, however, docus is one of the best sellers i've dealt with.

I really really like the middle one, love that grey tone I wonder if Guidi could make a color similar to that in 698 model if it's available.

Love the double zips but would prefer them in full grain horse ( not reversed) smthg similar! Anyone knows if he is making them in regular full grain lather?
BTW just got the reversed calf a1923 work boot from last winter and they are so comphy and perfect! will post a pic once they are back from the cobbler.
