most guidi boots are best sized up 2. with the horse leather on that model, i sized up 3 with good results, since it doesn't stretch as much as their calf models do.

thx

anyone else have experience with vertice? and anyone second ghostface's advice re sizing?

when you size two is there a thumb`s width room between the boot and your longest toe?

I`m under the impression these high end shoes tend to make your feet look longer than usual. Doesn`t necessarily apply to Guidis since I know they run small on the sizing

That's just terrible. I won't be buying from them thanks to this!

Been thinking about getting a pair like these from Guidi:
467

Anyone here handled the regular/slim vs stacked/Z model heels of Guidi? Any preference?

yeah, something like that. toe wiggle-room is a necessity. plus, it's nice to have the option of wearing thick wool socks in the winter.

oh, and i should specify that my guidi +2 sizing advice applies to the lace-up boots only. i take it that their zippered boots work better +1.

other boot sizing advice, in case it's helpful to have in one place. i'm a 9/42 with flat feet (so low insteps work fine). i wear 44/45 in guidi lace-ups, 8 in augusta lace-ups, 41/42 in carpe lace-ups (both regular and bubble-toe), 7 in ccp, and 41-ish in buttero.

i like the color but that particular one is a bit defective, it would seem ... shafts are at different heights, heels don't align, etc .

The color is perfect.

Now someone familiar with Augusta boots need to tell me if that 43 will work for a regular 44 or if all hope is lost.

AnyoNe know how individual sentiment boots compare to guidi in leather quality and craftsmanship, and who makes them? Also I'm a size 10 or 10.5 what size would I wear? Thanks in advance
