Does anyone have a list of carpe diem models, possibly with descriptions? I haven't been able to find any good references with my googling.

Yah spiral zip (in the back). Harvey's also had a similar boot with the zip in the front—annoyingly the rear zips fit great at 42 and the front ones were hella tight at 42. :/

Incidentally I don't know if Harvey's even does transactions not in person but he had a pair of L0 grey-black boots in 45 that were somewhat marked down since they were the last pair in stock (something like 850 euros, iirc).

It's really too bad he doesn't have more of an online presence b/c I found Harvey's a WAY more pleasant experience in almost every particular than Darklands. The only exception would be that Darklands has, duh, a way bigger stock (and seeing all the GBS and Deepti stuff in person was p cool, though I could have done without the store dude quasi-bragging about the prices of the high-end GBS suits—$10K for a three-piece, apparently).

The GBS stuff somewhat leapt out at me because it seems to be avant-garde more by something like social affinity and extreme commitment to tiny production than by stylistic affinity—like, I can't imagine any other designer Darklands stocks talking up their Prince of Wales check.

Would you really put an OTR GBS suit on par with something bespoke from Saville Row or one of the better Italian tailors? Doubtful.
