Because some are noticably more expensive than others, Guidi running at around 700 bucks while the tier 1s are much higher.
So from all my lurking:
Tier 1
CCP/Augusta/Carpe Diem
Tier 2
Japanese brands, Layer 0, MA+,
Tier 3
Guidi, Plokhov
And there are very little differences between the tiers, as in a large increase in price for a diminishingly smaller increase in quality.
.In line with the croc jive, Premiata made these for Isaac Sellam. I am guessing they have made this to Isaac's requirement(given the varying degree of construction a factory works with) than what they usually put out. Perhaps those who have handled this particular pair might be able to drop a word or two of their quality
Bison or buffalo? I think last season were buffalo. The new version I just kopped are the thickest stiffest horse leather I've handled. These will take a long long time to flatten out. More likely my feet taking on the crinkled upturned shape than the boot flattening out. ;-)
you forgot IS
Who wants to see an A1923 double spiral-zip boot fit 3 way face-off between @eton97, @eckblk and @fistinyoface ???
