@unlearnt are you outside of the US and seeking a shipping quote? Otherwise I wouldn't try to push him on the price with an offer. That price is more than fair for the brand and condition of that pair.

that seller is the same seller i bought my s23ms from. bid with confidence.

Yea i live in singapore, hence offered him a price that i hope we 2 would agree upon definitely not lower than his asking price it's just the shipping. I understand the perspective of seller hence i will never lowball.

I was very close to just buying those but the size of the toebox put me off. Any advice about Carpe sizing generally?

(@unlearnt I'm not going to buy them out from under you but if the offer doesn't work out ping me, maybe.)

QFT.

the low instep will sometimes necessitate sizing up, i've got a "medium" sized instep [ie - not big, maybe slightly bigger than "average"], and i've typically always had to size up in back-zips and side-zips, but gone true to size with any lace boots.

I kinda want a pair of Guidi PL1 or PL2, either for me or my wife... really ugly, or kinda cool?
kinda cool IMO esp if you like guidi.

Love this styling, with straight-legged raw denim:

Kinda want to see that with a slight cuban heel, but that would probably be too much.

Still think the PL2 is ugly, though they've started doing laceups in that last and they look pretty good.

PL2 is a charming sort of ugly like Clive Owen's destroyed pugilist nose.
