Fair enough. Though I think, compared to some of the unoriginal designs (or outright knockoffs) by makers revered in these parts, at least on these boots the imitation is in a place that's mostly out of sight.

Also, copped. Guess I'll probably be selling my Guidis.

Love the leather / treatment on these A1923's at Gullam.. anyone know where I might find them for a better price? Gullam sells 'em for ~US$2300 after shipping, ouch.

agreed but they still look a bit too pointy for me although i havent seen any top down pics so i may be wrong ... im wearing some of the ST3 ? tall boots i got from holger earlier this year that have a more bulbous toe box and they work perfectly for the pants i wear ( bbs , zam , luc ) not sure if these would look as good , what do you think ?

Idk what version you got from Holger but the ones above have a similar enough last for them to work with whatever.

You said ST3 which is the dual zip code, yours idk what the code is. St2 are the spiral zips and have a more rounded last at times. Check suus.es they may have some and those might be a good in between to dual zips and lace ups.

yeah , st3 is what i was going to buy , not what i have , sorry for the mix up ... still not sure if the st3 will look " tough " enough to wear with zam DNA's or boris P13 , ive always seen these pants styled with more aggressive looking footwear and thats more my style ...

plus im ... err ... slightly on the bigger side so small pointy boots make me look like a fat spanish ballet dancer ( hence no CCP ) ...

thanks for your help , check suus daily but nothing is floating my boat recently , especially the guidi stuff , way , way too pointy and flat for me !

Dual zips will work with zb DNA pants easily, the stacking will flow into them which Is what you want.

Email Holger man
