Nero culetta dual zips, I think ss16 but not positive. Box is also marked ST3, not sure what that means.

That's the model.

Post more pics dude, how thick is the leather?

Hypothetical, but how long would it be before the leather on these stretches out and "slip-ons" becomes "slippers"?

It depends on the leather.  I would guess that they are already quite soft though, just from the picture above.

this is why the slip-ons come in calf, because they'll stretch less and last longer.

the 27E at least, fits two sizes small as well, so it's like they've planned for it. wink.gif

it also has a stronger looking opening though, this one you posted will certainly have more potential issues with the opening stretching.

Does anyone have a good source for shoe laces? In particular extremely thin and long (one of the laces on my Avantindietro's broke).

Have tried shoelace express, the leather laces were too thick.

what is the thickness of the laces you need?

http://cydwoq.com/accessories/round-leather-laces.html the thin ones are quite thin, but you don't get much/any color choice. Pretty long too; I got a replacement pair and cut one of them in half and used it for both shoes.

I'm guessing they would be around 2mm or so. Kind of hard to come by in a boot length.

Thanks man, I'm not sure if round leather laces will work - Thinking it will need to be cotton or flat leather to get them through the eyelets.

Excellent, thanks. Not too worried about cost at this point - just need to find some. I'll send you a PM.

I've always worn my pant legs down over the top of my boots, even when I wished I had a better way to fully show off the boot.  Any other approach felt awkward.

Question for this group of boot experts:  how do you wear your boots to maximize their visibility?

Photos would be appreciated.

For example if you wear your pants inside your boot, how do you do it?

Or if you roll your pants up high, what type of pants and how does that look?

Thanks
