Guidis are the only shoes that I've been wearing lately. Will definitely buy another pair. Maybe reverse horse.

Instep is pretty high on CD, too high for me, kinda sucks oh well.

yes- S45M is probably the most common one that pops up in pics. There is is also a cap toe derby and IIRC a slip on type derby/shoe (maybe this was Linea?)

I believe the item code is S24M for cap toes and S45M for regular.

Be wary, as, in my experience, as the instep is so low you may need to size up.

In that case, I can't remember. There's also a laceless derby and clogs. Item codes unknown.

Is it advised to use shoe trees for these boots?

The soles are intentionally curved upwards. Don't people use shoe trees to prevent this from happening to their dress shoes? Would the usage of shoe trees affect the boots negatively, or positively in any way? Would shoe trees extend the life of the boots? Does it affect the appearance when worn? Does it just boil down to preference? I'm confused

It's up to you. I wouldn't use shoe trees or shoe care products at all. Those boots aren't dress shoes and are not supposed to look new.
