What the hell kind of shoes are these? - Page 2

Yeah, I have something similar
I like them. I don't own a pair, at least not a wingtip pair but I do like them. Something different.

Those BB are decent and do not have the odd wingtips and strange shape. The BB ones are shaped like loafers not Gucci dress shoes.

I understand we are serious about this stuff, but the vast majority of the world isn't. Personally, I think you should just rejoice that your fellow traveler is not wearing:

- a tank-top
- sandals
- short shorts
- etc.

Also, bored or not, you're being creepy.

To everyone that is saying they have seen far worse, do you mean sneakers and such. Because as far as non-casual/non-sporting shoes go, these are ugly.

No. They are talking about gems like in this thread: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=248084

some of the shit i see on a daily basis absolutely blows these away in ugliness.

I actually kinda like them.

You, on the other hand, have filled us with many snippets of wisdom throughout your 13 posts. I highlight a few:

"This is a stupid thread. You write a novel about what you're buying and tell us you need lots of advice but when given any advice you shut it down. It's not advice but validation you seek, and its obviously not being given to you since what you want to do does not exactly align well with the overall approach of most forum members to clothing."

"how about botox?"

"laser, even though somewhat expensive
its the way to go"

and

"Anything from the Oliver People Vintage is awesome. Even though I have 20/20 I'm trying to convince my parents to get me a pair of clear Rileys as reading glasses."

Great stuff! Thank you for your SF contribution.

They do seem a bit confused, kind of like a McMansion that's cobbled together several architectural styles... I kind of like the Kilties.

I agree that there are elements of no less than three decent shoes at play here.

However, in this applicaiton, it looks like the cobbler had some leftover parts and cobbled them together into this.

I will also mention that the wearer was wearing them with a black suit.
