I just saw The Rock tonight at the Drafthouse. It had live explosions and the audience was given capguns to shoot with the film.

Best theater ever.

That's why I go to private screenings or the Tuesday 11:00 am show. Film is not a participation sport.

You are welcome to munch your popcorn while watching the latest Bey blockbuster with all the other kids and zombies at the mall.

ADH is a Texas institution.

More truth. I *think* I had some wild times after consuming buckets of beer at the SoLa ADN a few years ago.

We haven't been to a film since becoming parents - though this thread just reminded me that ADH used to do a screening for parents & kids (volume not deafening and no complaints about screaming babies). I just looked over their site, but don't see it anymore!

I go to most movies and sit in the back row browsing StumbleUpon... I hope they'd make an exception.

Cool - I think the old one was called the Babysitters Club or something. They did adult new release movies that is was OK to take your baby to. But the summer camp thing looks like fun, too!
