I had no idea that A Dance with Dragons is coming out this Tuesday.

I was pretty close to finishing A Feast for Crows but I dunno, I guess I just lost interest and stopped (and the library was constantly pestering me).

I will go back to the library and pick it up and finish Feast for Crows!

The new book is going to have characters that I actually give a shit about, so that's something to look forward to.

Since he was splitting the books is Arya going to be in the new one at all? She's actually the only Stark that I enjoy reading about.

"Reek" was Roose Bolton's bastard son's (Ramsay Snow, now Ramsay Bolton) pet creature. Ramsay dressed Reek up in his clothing as they were being chased (by Karstarks) I believe, and Ramsay was captured and pretended to be Reek.

He revealed himself after sacking Winterfell and killing an army of fellow Northmen, and he kept Theon prisoner and tortured him, and told people that he was Reek (and everyone assumes Theon is dead).

I completely forgot about that. Thanks for the reminder. I think I'm lost in a haze of book 4 shittiness.

The new book is getting raves all around. I cannot wait...it will be waiting for me when I get home from work on Tuesday.

I love these books. I just hope the fucker doesn't up and die on us like Jim Rigney did.
I'm still pissed off about that one.

Man the red wedding was heart breaking.

One of the reasons I like the series so much is for the lack of warning. It makes it that much more shocking.
