I am a coffee/tea drinker

The other thread about T9 got me thinking. When I drink tea out a of a mug I hold it from the side, not from the handle. Anyone else do that?

Oh by the way how many of you forego coffee for tea as a morning thing? I used to drink coffee until it began to stain my teeth, now I strictly drink caffeinated tea. Yum. What about you guys?

i only drink cold green tea, stash brand (full of caffeine)

If my hands are cold, I'll hold the mug from the side. Otherwise, from the handle.

I can't stand coffee. I really believe it is the shittiest tasting beverage in the world. I prefer tea, and some of the best tea I've had is from this German company, who's name escapes me (Tee Gschwender?). They have some really great blends, and this delicious flavoured black autumn tea (not herbal) that is good for colder weather.

Tea is nice when I'm getting a cold, but it's coffee for me. Dark Roasted, brewed strong, cream and sugar. In the summer I put it on ice and take it to the office. In the winter, I might try hot chocolate once in a while.

Now - the office brew? No thanks. Only if I'm falling asleep at my desk and a lap around the warehouse isn't an option.

Tea for me, everyday. Although I can't do the four or five cups a day that other parts of the world seem to do. Just one or two in the morning and that's it.

I'm not a big coffee fan. About the only coffee I like is Dunkin Donuts with cream and sugar. If I go to Starbucks or something, I usually get a hot chocolate.

2 cups of coffee in the morning, lots of french vanilla flavored syrup

in the winter, a big cup of tea in the evening as well, with lots of milk in it

Without at least two coffees in the morning, I can't function. I often have another cup or two in the afternoon.

Tea...sometimes.

I am 70/30, coffee/tea drinker. It depends largely on my mood.

Two rules:
Never drink tea bag tea.
Never drink coffee that hasn't been ground right before it brewed.

P.S. Dunking Dohnuts to coffee is what McDohnalds to food.

What struck me about coffee on my last trip to Vienna was that Starbucks had the nerve to move in right across from the venerable Cafe Sacher. What sacrilege!

Two pots of loose leaf green tea (well, oolong sometimes) every day, minimum. I drink espresso and french press coffee very infrequently, though I'm quite particular about the stuff.

I'm with Arethusa. Two large mugs of loose leaf green tea almost every morning. Sometimes, I'll have a medium roast, made with my french press and drank with a bit of skim and hazelnut syrup.
