Anybody try eating a ton of carrots? I read that eating a lot of beta carotene (like found in carrots) causes it to be deposited in your skin and gives it a natural "tan". The study was from scandinavia and showed that people preferred the colored of car(r)otenized skin to sun-tanned skin. I love carrots, but haven't subjectively noticed any skin darkening from it.
