im a bigger federer fan for sure. i used to dislike rafa just because he had beat roger but the truth is he is a great competitor and a class act.
i still think of federer as the better player, and i think there is enough of an age gap to say they didnt play enough when they were both in their peak years.
i mean roger did just make it to the finals and didnt get completely desroyed so he still has some gas left in the tank. he was so dominant that now each time he doesnt win a major its as if he failed, but thats part of being great, it comes with expectations.
we will have to wait till they both retire for any definite conclusion i think.
edit - like hoff said, on clay rafa is just a beast, something about the spin and "heaviness" of the ball according to my cousin who attends college on a tennis scolarship.
