Comes with original nato band, replacement black leather band, green baize case, and warranty card. The warranty has never been activated, so it should be valid for a year. However there is a caveat: Although I believe Alpha will honor the warranty, you need to send the watch to Hong Kong, so it's hardly worth it.
Running fine, but a little fast. I've never bothered to regulate it, but if you do so, I would expect the accuracy to be within acceptable tolerances. i.e. It'll be fine for everyday use, but it ain't a chronometer.
