Paul Smith Glen Plaid Espadrilles. These sold out in a hot minute last season but I just didn't wear them at all (worn about 5 times). Also fit a US 11. $120 shipped CONUS. 
Osborn Design Group: these guys use reclaimed latin american fabrics to make crazy looking shoes! not much more to say than that, the pics tell the story. These say size 45 but i think fit more like a 44. Shipped CONUS $80. There is a stitch that came loose in the back of one of these shoes, but can be easily repaired.
