Here is a fully-canvassed double-breasted suit made by Holland and Sherry Savile Row, in a navy with red pinstripe fabric. The suit is in Used condition.
This suit was MTM, but it measures up to about a 42S.

The jacket has peak lapels and surgeon's cuffs (only the first two buttons undo). It is unvented.
The pants have twin pleats, are uncuffed and have a belt keeper.

Shoulders, 18"
BOC: 28.75"
Trousers
Waist: 19" + 1" to let out
Rise: 12.5"

I'd love to keep this but, as a Regular, the surgeon's sleeves mean I can't make it work.
