I don't think they'll be producing tasmanian suits this year. Probably some crappy blend suits
post #9543 of 11830

Some lady from customer service said they'd restock the Tasmanian suits sometime this fall, but couldn't tell me when. /kanyeshrug

Interesting. I haven't checked out the women's flannels.

So far the men's flannels look boring and same as last year. They need to come with fresh new colors and not repeat the same shit.

Even when they restock, it won't be on sale until later.  I think the jackets were $100+ at retail.

I received the ma-1 a few days ago, it's tts and clearly worth just $40-60. Not bad, but you're not getting anything that would compare to higher priced ma-1's.

Roll neck sweaters are nice. Size up one and wear as a scoop neck...

So I tried on a couple of sizes of the MA-1, and it looks like a medium is decent in terms of arm length but too boxy in the body (as in, the ribbing at the hem is loose) whereas the small fits well in the body but is too short in the arms. confused.gif

It's a decent enough jacket, though. Nothing crazy, but worth the price of admission.

Notwithit are the arms really that short? Or you not used to seeing some wrist stirpot.gif

Got my ma-1 and crewneck this week both in medium.  For $40 I'm satisfied with the bomber.  I read in a review for the crewnecks that they fit really small and was afraid I would need to size up but mine is just fine.

+1, I bought two of them and had my tailor add buttons on the collars, for personal pref.

hate chambray

yea the collars suck but I still like the 2 out of the 4 prints. also they're cut bigger/stretch easily so I  fit into a medium

Slim fit oxfords fit me perfect. How much larger do the regular cut shirts--chambray, etc-- run?

Possibly the latter. I wouldn't say they're objectively short, but they're a little short if you're 6'1".
