Yes, it's pretty good at keeping you warm which is what it's designed to do. I don't wear anything under it.

How is the fit of OCBDs and fabrics compared to Gitman Vintage?

they're intended to be worn with something over them, like an oxford shirt, and yes, they slay. in cold weather i'm always wearing a shirt, a sweater, and a jacket, but the heattech makes the sweater unnecessary. i guess if it was really, really cold, i'd do both.

Got the MA-1 in the mail today. Fit is ok, but the thing is pretty shit. Looks and feels really cheap so its definitely going back especially at $60.

Also got the block-tech jacket because I remembered I had seen it in the store and thought it was decent... but the thing feels horrible when you wear it. I needed something cheap and waterproof but for $60, definitely going back as well. Inside is lined with a waterproof material so the whole thing feels like wearing a poncho/garbage bag.

Only going to end up keeping the heat tech stuff I got .

which one slimmer? the tasmanian wool blended flat front pants or the wool blended flat front pants? or do they offer slim wool blended pants that are close to t000s or something that fits similar ?

Got the ma-1 for Christmas. Appearance and fit wise it's great. Zippers look cheap as fuck up close though and the whole thing is pretty insubstantial. Still, I wouldn't return mine. I just wear it with a sweat underneath and i'm good to go.

How do you guys wash the cashmere sweaters? Dry clean only? Just wondering if a cold water hand wash will shrink mine, the fit is perfect right now is my concern.

I purchased the wool pea coat a few days ago. I might return it though, as although I have the XS it looks like it is oddly cut (the bottom flares out I think) and lengthwise it is a little on the short side. Quality wise, I cannot really fault it for £50 though...

I have a 36" chest, 15" neck, and 32.5" sleeve, which size slim OCBD should I get? I'm a different size for each measurement: (size chart). I think I need an XS for the correct sleeve and length (I'm 5'7 130lbs), but would it be too small in other places?

So what's a good alternative to the Uniqlo Broadcloth shirts? I'm not feeling the fabric anymore, but I do like the colors. J Crew is too much $$ for made in China.. maybe I should just get some Gitman Vintage but those are expensive.

anyone used heattech socks for snowboarding?

Used them for skiiing today, they worked pretty damn good, my feet were nice and toasty  no discomfort either.

Just spend a few days XC skiing with them; shoes were practically waterlogged at the end of the day each time so I think they'd be more than adequate for boarding down to maybe ~-10C
