Go with XS if you want those measurements.

S is close to 21" when p2p is stretched and M will definitely be too big.

Why haven't you? I think a XL will fit you with in the chest/shoulders (Maybe a large if you prefer the tighter fit).

Personally I tried on the XS and Small and much prefer the extra room Small has (TTS) compared to sizing down.

More so, their spread collars beat any MTM I have ordered (strictly by fit) and material is not too bad either for what it is. Would I recommend this to MCers? No. They would complain way too much.

you getting tiny!

you'll have to taper the sides in though to accommodate for drop.

i will confirm that the shirts in general do not taper much from chest down and leaves much to be desired when tucking as you get bunching at the back.

So this maybe why some size down, but then the shoulders/chest look too tight.

And as WhoKnewI said, this shirt is on sale for $19.90. Seems to be a better hand than the $14.90 oxford on sale 3 weeks ago, and is slim fit.

I still ordered TTS in a size small. I am assuming there is minimal difference, just slimmer in the chest. Let's see if it is true when it comes in..

That's the one I was looking at do they have it in NY? Is this nicer than the regular oxford?

Thanks for the heads up toasty. Going to pick up a few of those as well. Wish they had more colours than white and blue.

I just put in an order and will not get confirmation until tomorrow evening, but I am sure they are available in NY and probably inventory should be fine for size Medium.

Can anyone confirm if this is more like a spread collar? UK/Japan photos say not but cannot be for sure. Why does not uniqlo have the model photoed with it buttoned up damnit

Let me know how the waist is and hook up the chest p2p for me dawg. May have to size up to L if you have to go up too.

No I stayed TTS

Regular fit XS is too small, and size Small (TTS) fit good.

Slim fit I went ahead and ordered Small as I imagine it to fit even better sans not being tight.

Those prices will also probably end Sunday by the time I receive my shirts in the west coast, but you may have your hook up still :paranoia:

Maybe mine shrunk in the wash but my OCBD in small fits pretty slim, I am worried if I get the back pleat stitched down it might be too slim.

Wash
Hang dry (12 hours sometimes depending on your wash cycle)
Throw in dryer in lowest temperature with your choice of softener for < 15min (10min should be fine)

Result should be minimal shrinkage though over an extended period of time <= 1 year, it will have definitely shrink by then compared to original, though not to the stage of being too tight. That would be just odd or said person got really fat.

Or just buy a steamer and press out the creases by passing the machine dryer. The result is the same in terms of softness sans shrinking from enclosed heat (?)

I have 3 small spread collars that I decided to keep from recent order and will be returning the 2 XS I ordered to try and another size small because the shirt design was bad.

Small definitely fit nicely and the last time I measured my chest, about 3+ months ago, it was about 38" at most. Small definitely fits good. Just have to taper like I said to account for the slight drop and bunching at the back when worn tucked.

FWIW, I have always been a size small. Not sure why it would be any different with Uniqlo as they are pretty TTS having now tried a range of their wardrobe selection.

Shirts = Small
Slimt fit suit jackets = Medium
Pants/Trousers = 31
Outerwear = Small (With the exception of the down puffy jacket aka trash bag, which XS fits me perfect...I will go out on a limb and say XS depending on the jacket type as well i.e. parkas)

edit:
Lambswool sweaters = small
EFM wool sweater = small (Medium if worn with shirt)
Heattech top and bottoms = small

5'9 / 150lbs for all those still wading in the waters and hesitant about sizing..........

Tailoring is inevitable if you are buying OTR in my opinion with only a small exception on where you shop

its different from the 14.90oxford.

the 19.90 one is more dressy (shiny, smooth) while the 14.90 is classic oxford cloth(dull, rougher).

I'm pretty sure I read something about this a few pages back, but does the Premium Linen Jacket come in both a regular and slim fit?
