Everlane is a new company and they're fine tuning their cuts with every run it seems. Just don't care enough to get into it honestly.

How long does it take for refund on shipping to apply and credited back to your credit card? I've been waiting since Nov 21, 2012 for this refund...

really? I returned stuff and within a week got a refund. they emailed me as soon as the return was received in the warehouse and emailed me again when my card was refunded.

Interesting... my refund was not so pleasant Although it was only like a week after Sandy, so perhaps that was the issue.

I wasn't returning any items. It was just that I paid for the 1 business day shipping method and it took them 5 days to receive my order, so I emailed them about it and they said they would refund my shipping fee. Which I thought would be 1 day max to process. But I fired them an email just now to see why it is taking so long.

Why don't you guys ship your stuff back with a priority USPS flat rate box and attach the pre-printed label?
