Do the NY stores have heattech stuff in XS? They're listed on the UK site but not the US.

Believe what you want...
Me being physically at the stores or the customer service people who are most likely located in another country

The customer service line is mostly helpful but they do get things wrong (telling me that stuff is in stock when it isn't and telling me stuff isn't in stock when it is)

I called the Soho store and they told me that these item's aren't on "sale" but are on permanent markdown. So the prices should stay that way.

As for +J stuff going on sale the 21st or through black friday they couldn't tell me squat.

Is it true that the +J Heavy gauge v neck cardigan in XS have a 29.1" sleeve? Most of the other XS knitwear has a 24" sleeve... it seems really long?

So which of the three stores in NYC would be the least insane this Saturday? My brother will be in the area and is going to swing by to pick up a few things, but I'm fearful he's going to get trampled because of how insane the 'qlo in SoHo is on even a normal Saturday.

Take into account that it is a raglan sleeve so the sleeve measurements are going to be longer.
