The Uniqlo Thread - Page 949

Are those shoes supposed to be part of the UU line? I like them a lot actually, even though I'm assuming the quality is inline with regular Uniqlo.

The slip-on's in the last Uniqlo & Lemaire collection were only available in Europe and Asia I believe.

Wouldn't say better in terms of quality.

Difference with this capsule is probably the fit and color choice if any. The director will definitely have his input and all that extra cost gotta go somewhere to the consumer.

E.G like the Lemaire collab one may noticed subtle details in the threading which a normal general release would not enjoy. The pocket is still signature lemaire style.

That being said, the tee is definitely much spacier than their normal short sleeves. It's slightly bigger, wider all around. Shoulders, chest widths, sleeve lengths than your normal go to size.

You can even go up 1 more size to achieve a more profound oversize look.

Those shoes are hideous. Uniqlo U is pretty weak, IMO. But mainline Lemaire doesn't do anything for me so there's that.

They seem like nice, clean, unbranded shoes for under $300, which is nice.

@skitlets I can let you know when mine comes in. Funny enough that I just got an email that pictured exactly how I wanted to wear it...

Mine is in black though. I wonder if it's also that cropped in person, or if this is just the women's version of it.

Handled a lot of the U stuff today; it is all awful.

On the other hand the new 'fake seude' jacket, if you some how manage to ignore the fact its 'fake seude', is quite nice.

Looks like a few things from U restocked in the online shop if you're looking. (Pullover sweats and a couple of the tees.)

Anyone have fit of the corduroy pants?

If everything is like a 19cm that would be perfect for me.

My order is coming in Friday.

Was it these? https://www.uniqlo.com/us/en/lemaire-canvas-slip-on-176886.html?dwvar_176886_color=COL09&cgid=men-sale#start=67&cgid=men-sale

Cause I noticed them on the site a while back but have never seen them in person at any NY store.

I stand corrected!

I guess they came in a while after the rest of the line was released, as I really wanted a pair and could only find them on the EU, UK and Asian Uniqlo sites.

I guess they probably didn't make it to Canada either.... baldy[1].gif

Anybody placing an order able to tack them on and proxy for me please?
