Original Price $249 asking $115 shipped CONUS. These are pretty decent for the money - goodyear welted with decent leather. Not sure where they were constructed, but the upper says "Made in China", so they are definitely not the standard Brooks Brothers or Peal line, but still decent looking. 
I bought them to wear, but the vamp is just a little too low for me to get comfortable in them.. I've been having a real problem with penny loafers lately - I'm returning a pair of AE Waldens that cost more money and are about half as nice (top grain / handsewn instead of goodyear) for the same reason. Update - looks like nobody's interested, so I am going to return them.
