Good entertaining sale thread and I hope you sell everything.

In answer to the question above. There are high net worth individuals that wear stuff like this. Isn't the seller from Dallas? I know of a guy in Dallas that would and could buy stuff like this. AAMOF he is a customer of a tailor that posts on this board. OMG, I just thought, maybe the guy I know is the seller, but I doubt it.

I'm not too familiar with the techie ultra rich and I think many of them would be young for this stuff.

And in Texas I have never met anyone of the Russian Billionaire lifestyle. But certainly some of this stuff would fit right in.

To the seller, keep posting pictures, I will subscribe to this thread.

The Blue RL gator belt is sweet, same with the purple one on the liquor bottle.

Most of this stuff is from 10-20 years ago. If you look at current Bijan clothing it is absolutely nothing like what is being put on sale here

Are you sure? I was never a Bijan type of guy but his website is still up, and here is a link to the site, with pictures of individual items too, if you navigate to the showroom.

Doesn't look that different than a lot of the posted stuff.

Much different - no floral prints, paisleys on the site. Bright colors but more solids and cleaner/simpler patterns.

It's all fairly current. "Wearable art" has not been around that long. Plus Bijan will pretty much make anything that you are willing to pay for.

The emperor marched in the procession under the beautiful canopy, and all who saw him in the street and out of the windows exclaimed: "Indeed, the emperor's new suit is incomparable! What a long train he has! How well it fits him!" Nobody wished to let others know he saw nothing, for then he would have been unfit for his office or too stupid. Never emperor's clothes were more admired.

"But he has nothing on at all," said a little child at last. "Good heavens! listen to the voice of an innocent child," said the father, and one whispered to the other what the child had said. "But he has nothing on at all," cried at last the whole people. That made a deep impression upon the emperor, for it seemed to him that they were right; but he thought to himself, "Now I must bear up to the end." And the chamberlains walked with still greater dignity, as if they carried the train which did not exist.

If you can't have your minions feed someone into a wood-chipper with just a glance, you have no business wearing Bijan.

sigh. To those of you selling on the B&S, consider that this junk post of mine just bumped you off the front page. You want to quote me and do it again?

as long as I'm here, wow, just wow. some crazy stuff in there. Prices (by SF standards) are still hella high. I'd rather buy from whusurdadi, spoo, etc anyday. Good luck with the sales OP. Still, pretty neat gear for the right person. me and my small baller status will observe from a safe distance.

Yes, but if one is wearing double-pleated pants, are you sure the minions wouldn't simply elbow one another in the ribs and double over giggling while mimicking one's fatuous "old fart" voice intoning..."Where IS my Waldorf salad?"
