upper thigh across 11

Hope that helps

Thanks for your prompt posting. The measurements look good except the waist, which may be abit loose. I need to counter check with my other jeans.

Does it look skinny? From a previous post, the Straight Fit (size 30) looks slim to me. So, I'm afraid the Slim Fit would look skinny, which is not the look that I want.

30 off most wings stuff on nomad now, still got a good selection of stuff

LOL @ the "holiday exclusive" stuff at Nomad. All that shit was at the sample sale. Looks like they simply cut a deal with W+H and had it all shipped over.

^^^ Kinda shady, add that with the fact they charge an arm and leg for shipping it totally negates the sale. I've copped most of the F/W line already from other vendors so I'm pretty content as is foo.gif

Uncle Otis just marked down some stock.

The raws price looks especially cheap.

Yes it does. The more you spend, the more expensive shipping is.

yea but not that much, if you bought the shoes in a low cut, and the wool chinos, for example, youd save just over 200, and shipping to cad and the usa would be 30 and 40. still a good saving at a place with a good selection, if you get someone to proxy take another 10 off since its an extra 10 to in store. if you just want a tee yea it wont be worth the hastle

SSense has the slims for a few bucks cheaper. I honestly don't know how people can wear this season's offerings of denim. I can barely pull of the straights and decided I didn't like the fit... the slims on the other hand would look comical.

I saw them post up another 10% on top of their sale? Thats pretty good if you live in the vicinity. I picked up stuff from RG because at the time, the prices were the same (on sale) but the shipping instantly negated any benefit Nomad had over RG. Of course proxy could shave the shipping costs by a bit but I think its much easier to other vendors if the pricepoint at the end is the same satisfied.gif

Anyways, I got another box of W+H today. One of the pieces was the wool Mac... man, I really like this piece. Having owned the SS mac I must say the wool one is much nicer. Its fully lined with a chest pocket and feels substantially thicker. I went with a small, but I feel I could have sized up to the medium. Layering underneath will be tricky for me as it fits perfect with a light sweater and a t-shirt. IMO, the difference is the lining, adding extra fabric underneath and the slimmer sleeves throughout the arms making it less flexible and stiff. The SS mac had wider sleeves throughout the arms and fit me well in the body but it draped differently as it was a lighter weight.

On that note I'll probably be wearing it to NY this winter. Hope it holds up without trying to stuff a chunky knit underneath foo.gif

Thanks!

So what's the opinion on the blank tee's from this season?  I have an older version that is really nice, but fits super slim and is very thin, making nippling a foregone conclusion.  But they are long and the arms are great.  How do these stack up?
