How advanced is your WAYWN setup

Just curious. I have photographic lights, SLR, and my girlfriend usually takes the photos, but that's because I use the equipment for taking catalog photos.

To be fair I had my SLR, Lights, Tripod and Remote long before I jumped on the Vanity train that is WAYWN.

A point and shoot on auto settings with a 10 second timer and resting on a wall.

when my wife isnt busy and is willing to humor me she will agree to take pics with my droid x. pic quality is usually ok but mastering the best angle to stand at to look good is hard.

last time i did it i had my iphone on a self-timer propped up in a shoe on the trunk of my car.

Well, first my stylist, Samantha arrives to begin the process of makeup and highlights. It really isn't a bother since I get to enjoy finishing the NYTimes crossword puzzle and my morning latte. Meanwhile, Helga, steams and presses my clothing while James lays them out in the room with the best light. John, my photographer comes in and selects the best spot. (He likes indirect light, thinking it gives me better color). Finally, Wifey comes down and says "you look wonderful darling" , we snap the pic and then my assistant Lindsay posts it on SF WAYWRN.
