This, a thousand times over... I've seen bangs work well for some select women, but they all were hot in the first place.

I live in CA. For some reason we don't have basements (never figured out why). I think she got spooked once she found out this is primarily a male forum, then disregarded any advice. After all, how could a man possibly know what looks good on a woman?

The only long term goal with the prom hair thing is to be able to look at the pics in 20 years without wincing or eliciting laughter from your kids.
