shaving legs look skinnier?

If a guy shaves his legs do you think this makes the legs look skinnier or the opposite? Just curious since I'm a really skinny guy with a pretty good amount of hair on the legs and was thinking about trimming at least.

If you've got skinny legs, and you shave them, you'll look like a chick. If that's what you're going for, so be it. You'll probably be a hit at the bath house.

I have skinny legs .. and trim. but nothing crazy, just enough to get rid of some of the patchiness as my leg hair tends to clump - especially around my knees. But ya, I would never shave my legs. It would be absolutely disgusting. But I find all body hair rather unsightly, and spend a significant amount of time pruning.

Shaving will make them look skinnier. The bears will appreciate that.

If you have skinny legs then the hair might make them appear to be a bit larger (not enough to make a difference really). If you have muscular legs then it won't matter, your legs will look diesel with or without hair.

Cyclist here. I have horrible scarring from BMX on both legs. Will the scars disappear quicker (I know it's going to take awhile) due to more exposure to sunlight? These are scars over scars over scars keep in mind. Any other cyclists here shave? I've noticed two camps. I also wear full-kits. Any noticeable difference in riding? I'm always confused if your legs get more defined-looking after shaving. Sorry for reviving a few month old topic.

No, scars will tend to darken and be more prominent with sun exposure.

I used to shave my legs when I rode a lot, never had a major crash on the road (had one or two spectacular ones off road though) but was told it was a good thing to do to anyway because its easier/less painful to clear up after a crash.
