I am going to California!!!!

Hey guys-

I have great news..my girl called me because she collected my mail and there was a letter from the University of California ..saying that they will accept me and that I should start studies in May!!

I am so excited and surprised I had to share it with you guys..

soon you'll be seeing the Guy in California just like a dream come true

CAL (HAAS, specifically), is going to be my first choice transfer school for next year.

Congrats Danny. But if you are in the library at night and the campus security guys ask you for ID..that would not be a good time to say "my name is The Guy!"

If you want help paying out of state tuition, that might be the best time. Why is everyone assuming Berekely? There are many campuses (campi ?) in the system.

Thats probably because Berkeley is referred to as CAL, UCB, and "The University of California". It, UC Davis, and UCLA are kinda the "jump to conclusions" about the UC system.

if i'm not mistaken, the california girls they sang about were from the southern end of the state.

so maybe it's UCLA.

anyway, not much of a 'beach' scene up here.
