Legit? I don't remember real ones coming with a microfiber cloth and the Hand made in France lettering looks off, but that could just be the photo.

In the case they are fake what can I do eBay buyer protection wise? Could I just issue a chargeback through Discover, or would eBay penalize me?

It looks pretty fake to me; sorry buddy. My suitemate had a pair of these and there was no cloth. there should only be dustbag type thing.
