Sausage. Followed by Pork Roll. You also can't go wrong with Bacon. Never has Scrapple. ~ Huntsman

Taylor ham, by far.

During the three years that I went to law school in NYC, I was really surprised to discover that none of the delis I went to had Taylor ham considering the fact that it's made in Jersey, which is right across the river. Now that I'm out of law school and back in Jersey - Taylor ham is once again the breakfast meat of choice.

Pork is the ultimate breakfast meat. Because it's so tough to digest, it's best to get your consumption of it out of the way as early in the day as possible.

My favourites: crispy bacon + scrambled eggs + toast + hot cocoa, or breakfast links soaking in maple syrup + thin Scandinavian style pancakes + tea.

For non-meats, it's oatmeal, farina w/ crushed flax, rye and wheat, or Weetabix.

meat for the morning is not good idea. I think brioche is better for you. And I think caffè black .Is beautifull to eat with each other. you can put the nice nutela or the jam in the brioche. I think meat is not good to the middle body area - and the cloths!

A breakfast sausage patty topped with bacon, canadian bacon, chorizo, a smoked pork chop, a smallish steak, some smoked salmon, and topped off with another sausage patty.

A Meat Mc Muffin.

I've always enjoyed blonde northern Europeans...perhaps a Scandinavian... perfect meat for the morning.
