1. Up for sale is a beautiful raincoat made by the famous firm Aquascutum of London. The configuration of the coat is somehow unusual and I like it a lot better than the common trenchcoat you find everywhere. This coat is made to a very high standard, using only the finest materials: - shell is made from 100% cotton - lining is made from 100% silk (!) It is double breasted with a 4x2 closure, horn buttons and slanted pockets in a rich chocolate brown. It has a vent in the back and working buttonholes on the sleeves. It can be shortened nevertheless, as the first button is not working, but could be cut open easily. Aquascutum tried to implement some gimmiks of fine tailoring, like the use of contrasting fabrics in the sleeve opening or a thread to hold your buttoniere on the back of the lapel. Tagged size is a 40R. I wear a pretty solid 40R in most suits and for me it is definately too small when I wear a jacket underneath. I would suggest it most suitable for a 38R, maybe also a 36R or a very slim 40R. Please see the meausurements below. Measurements: Shoulder: 47 cm - 18.5" Chest: 53 cm - 20.87" Lenght BOC: 95 cm - 37.4" Arm lenght: 64,5 cm - 25.4" Pics: The coat is NEW WITH TAGS and was never worn or altered. It is in perfect condition with now flaws. Original retail was 395 Pounds, which translates to about 650$. My price is 300$ which includes worldwide registered shipping. 2. Next up a nice Glenplaid sportscoat by S.t. Dupont. Yes, those are the guys with the lighters and stuff, and they also sell clothing. Pretty nice stuff, as you would expect. Single breasted with three button closure, nice roll on the lapel. Fabric is 100% S110 wool. Light to mid grey with white and brown overcheck. (Best color representation in the close up pic of the lapel buttonhole). Horn buttons, 4 buttons on sleeves. Hacking pockets with ticket pocket. Side vented. Half canvassed and made in Italy. I am not sure of the maker, the tag reminds me of Boglioli but is slighty different. The quality of the garment is about equal to Polo RL or Boglioli IMO. SC was worn but is in good condition without any flaws. Tagged size is 50 EU, which trabslates to a 40R maybe 40L US sizing. The chest measurements indicate it could also work for a size 42, but it depends on how you like the fit of your jacket. Measurements: Shoulder: 48 cm - 18.9" Chest: 55 cm - 21.67" Lenght BOC: 80 cm - 31.5" Arm lenght: 67 cm - 26.38" Pictures: Price would be 110$ including worldwide shipping. NOW 100 3. Next is a navy blue flannel blazer by Ralph Laurens Rugby line. Great 3 roll 2 with white brimming and white (real) MOP buttons. 100% wool / flannel finish. Soft shoulders, working cuffs, 3 patch pockets, single vent. Although made in far east, this jacket is really well made. Easily on par with the Polo RL Made in Italy stuff if you ask me. Unfortunately the jacket is too large for the dress form. When actually worn, it has a much nicer silhouette. Tagged size L. Measurements indicate it would be best for a pretty solid 42 US. Measurements: Shoulder: 49 cm - 19,29" Chest: 56 cm - 22.05" Lenght BOC: 79,5 cm - 31.3" Arm lenght: 67 cm - 26.38" Pictures: The jacket is basically new. I got this NWT, had the waist brought in by my tailor and had the jacket sitting in my closet ever since. Perfect condition! No flaws whatsoever! Retail was 700$. Yours for 150$ including worldwide shipping. NOW 130 4. Next up is a Sportscoat by the German maker Windsor. For those who don't know: Along with Eduard Dressler Windsor is one of the few remaining quality makers in Germany. They are best known for their use of high quality fabrics. They are a one or two notches above say Hugo BOSS. SB, 3 button front with slight roll on top. Horn buttons, single vent- 100 % wool, E. Zegna cloth. Moderate shoulder padding (but no soft shoulders as SF prefers!). Great condition! Got this new and have never worn it, as it is too big on me. Tagged size 50, which would be a 40R, but it fits more like a US 42R. Measurements: Shoulder: 49 cm - 19,29" Chest: 56 cm - 22.05" Lenght BOC: 79,5 cm - 31.3" Arm lenght: 65 cm - 25.59" Pictures: Retail on this was about 500€, so about 700$. My price 100 $ shipped worldwide.NOW 90 5. Last but not least is an autumn/winter quilted jacket by Etro. This one is simply a great jacket for everyone who likes the classic british country look with a twist (here mainly the color!) Facts: 100% cotton, Made in Italy, fabric is heavy cord. Orange - brown in color. Orange brimming on the edges with orange felt under the collar. Great horn buttons, patch pockets, double vent. Quilted cord exterior and peasley lining (typical for Etro). Jacket has a slight damaged area on the lining, which can be seen on the picture with the label. The exterior is without any flaws. BUT: The cord has a bit of a washed look on it. This is on purpose and ads to the style of the jacket. You can see what I mean on the close up pics of the fabric. Please don't buy if you don't like that look! Tagged size L. I am a solid 40R and I wear this both with and without SC underneath. If you prefer a slimmer fit, this can also work for a 42R. Measurements: Shoulder: 51 cm - 20.08" Chest: 58 cm - 22.83" Lenght BOC: 82 cm - 32.28" Arm lenght: 65 cm - 25.59" Pictures: Don't know the Retail price on that, but I know Etro and therefor it was likely extremely high. Yours for only 100$ including worldwide shipping. For further questions, sizing issues or better pics, please don't hesitate to contact me! Thanks for looking!
