look, if you have a problem with me, just say it okay?

I also started out like this, just the basics, and the prime reason is the lack of money. problem was when money started coming in, I'd be so irresponsible with spending and buy a lot of shit on impulse. took a while to realize the stupidity of it, but I'm glad I got that phase over with.

I cant remember who said this, but I do remember I read it HERE in my lurking days, it is probably the best piece of advice I have gotten on the internet.

The gentleman basically said, " when it comes to buying things, check it out, try it on, imagine wearing it etc..... and THEN walk out of the store, don't go back even if you have to get other things in the mall, leave the mall and IF! If you cant live without it for 24 hours, go back and buy it"

that to me is how i manage my buying impulses, it has helped me greatly! I would say that 9 out of 10 times, you will not need the item which you so believed you needed

I have a coworker who I remain absolutely civil with even though I have a whole nasty tirade in my head just waiting for the day I can't stop myself from releasing it. I'll save the details since I'm posting from work. I'll be a pushover until the day that stirring the pot is less nettlesome than disregarding it. I don't want to start an outright war with someone I'm stuck with for at least 6 more months.
