WTB: 38R navy or charcoal suit

Hey all! I am in need of a staple business suit!
I have not been measured yet, (working on this) but I am 5'10" with a 30" waist. To my best understanding this is a 38R with the 32 waist taken in.

I would like a slim cut suit notch lapel in navy, gray, or charcoal. I would really prefer all wool unless its like 10% cashmere or silk. I really don't care too much if it is a super. My budget isn't too large at the moment, but it'll grow as the summer goes on. (Currently at about 250 if good and 350 if perfect)

I understand this price range is very crappy and won't get me far, but I have plenty of time and will find a way.

Please don't waste my time by merely laughing at my pitiful price range (Yes I know it will be hard to find a good suit). Only serious offers or suggestions.

Just be a baller and buy that $1300 Isaia 38R Your best bet is probably Zegna, which can be found for $500 on sale NWT. Everything else in unrealistic in 38R.

I'll sell you a NWT Isaia in 38R for 950USD. Could also get you a NWT Trend Corneliani for 400USD.
