Greek Coffee - Page 2

This stuff looks great! I've been musing over alternatives to my usual Americano... but espresso is frankly beyond my education-fried mind's capacity to even fathom preparing. How much (if at all) stronger is this than regular coffee? It'd be a nice bonus if I could ease off drinking Monster at work, without having to chug something else to replace it.....

It's very easy to make. In its most basic preparation, you just put the grounds, sugar, and water into the pot and let them come to a boil, then pour. The strength of the coffee depends on the beans you use. Some more detailed instructions: http://greekfood.about.com/od/mezeth...reekcoffee.htm
