For sale is this unlined spring/summer jacket by Hackett in a navy cotton bird's-eye weave. Two button, double vent. Slanted pockets. Sleeves are lined and have surgeon's cuffs. There is, however, about an inch between lowest button and the end of the sleeve so you could shorten the sleeves a little.
No interior tag that I could find jacket measures to a 38 or a slim 40.
