Is this made in the USA? I ask because I've recently run across some made in China hickey pieces.

Yep, Union Made in USA. Says on the garment tag. All hickey tailored stuff was made in Rochester, New York, as far as I know. I've never seen a Chinese hickey tailored piece. Perhaps it was a shirt? (Hope the bump is allowed. I've seen others bump to answer questions when the thread is at the top of the page already)

How wide are those lapels? 3'' ? And I assume the length is from BOC?
