SOLD Isaia suit - 38/48
  • solid charcoal grey
  • Base S, drop 8
  • Aquaspider wool
  • 2 button, side vent, notch lapel
Staple suit in hard to find size, a rare bird. It's new with store tag (no Isaia tag). Sleeves have working buttonholes, someone didn't pick up their order? Small pouch with extra buttons in coat pocket. Chest armpit to armpit 19 3/4" Shoulder seam to seam 17 7/8" Sleeve (working buttonholes) from shoulder seam 25" Length (from bottom of collar) 29 1/2" Trouser waist 16" Front rise 10 1/2" Thigh crotch to outside 12 1/4" Knee 13" from crotch 9 1/8" Hem Opening 8 3/8" Inseam unhemmed Both jacket and trousers are tagged 48 drop 8 so pants may have been let out. Fit is drop 8 slim. $1300 shipped CONUS (Paypal personal).

1. Good eye. That's from a security sensor and the buyer will want to press/steam that out. 2. Please see new pic above. 3. You should only buy this if you're willing to take a risk on fit, based on experience with Isaia and my measurements.

+1. This is basically a BB Fitzgerald jacket fit in 38R... except Isaia quality (fully canvassed, better fabric)

A few other questions,

1. in the back view pic, near the left vent it looks like there is something going on with the fabric? is this just the picture?

2. I thought most base-s were/are drop 7? is there any fabric left to be let out in the pants to make the waist a bit larger?

3. what is your policy on return if the fit is not correct?

Wow - great deal on a great suit!
I've always wondered why someone would go through the expense and time of ordering a suit, altering it with their exact dimensions, paying upfront, and then never picking it up?!? I see it all the time
