Another two pairs of practically new Sammies in my size that I'll never be able to wear due to shortened inseams.

Good luck with the sale though. Some shorty is gonna get some great denim.

i'm 5'11" & wear 31.5 inseam on jeans i don't cuff.

You wear a 31.5 inseam with a tapered leg and you're 5'11? That's pretty short for a tapered leg for somebody that tall.

Not criticizing anybody's height here, just saying that you come across a lot of guys on here and Sufu who buy raw denim, have them chainstitched to short inseams, wear them a few times, and then sell them for one reason or the other. They'd be more of a commodity if they kept the longer inseam lengths intact because a lot of guys like to wear tapered fits with longer than usual inseams, that's all.

Like I said, I'm sure the guy will find somebody to fit the bill and wish him well in the sale, it's just frustrating to find practically new denim that's been shortened too far.

I'm 5'10" myself, I could wear both of these with a slight cuff. I'm in the middle of losing weight and was hoping that soaking would help with the fit, but they still are a little bigger than I want. As I lose more weight (hopefully) they will only feel looser and I know I wouldn't be happy with them. I probably shouldn't have bought them when I did, it was more of an impulse thing and really the pair of whall's I was wearing pretty much daily could use a slight break.

So instead of wearing them out, not really being happy with the fit and not be able to sell them for much, I'd rather give them a good home while they are still fresh. Thats the story.
