Anyone own both of these (above)? I own NO. 3, and I like it, but I and am wondering if they are different enough to justify picking up NO. 2 as well?

I am looking to get a very dark navy. With that in mind, any recommendations for a midnight blue tie, whether grenadine or non-grenadine?

Thanks.

I own the midnight blue oxford weave, here is a pic I posted a few days back.

I also have the midnight blue in the diamond weave and linen.  Here is the diamond weave from a few months back.

From the swatches, to me it looks like the grossa, fina and diamond weave are all a touch darker than the oxford weave.  Also from the swatches, the oxford navy (#3) is a good bit lighter than the #2 so if you wanted both I say...do it!  As always, I think the diamond weave is a good option as well. :D

Thigh Land?

I'm very excited about this because I'm going to be filling out my winter tie collection this year. I had been planning on buying mostly Hober wool challis, but wool/cashmeres will present an intriguing other option. It may be tough to decide which to go with.

The best answer is always "all of the above." biggrin.gif

Thank you sir! The suit is indeed my one and only flannel.  Turned ever so slightly cooler here in the ATL today so thought I would put it on.
