Thank-you, kind sir. smile.gif It is a gorgeous tie and I can now say with certainty that I am a fan of the 7-fold variety. Question for those with experience with unlined ties, as this is my first: will unlined ties (particularly grenadines) tend to stretch more over time than a lined tie?

Navy grenadine fina #10. Unlined, untipped 7-fold construction. Pure awesomeness. Thanks, David!

And while I'm at it, a shot of my entire Hober collection. Saw a pic like this earlier in the thread and thought it was great, so here's my attempt:

Clockwise from the top: navy fina, burgundy fina, Macclesfield #78, dark chocolate fina, black fina, forest green fina. All 3.5 inches wide, untipped with hand-rolled edges. A meager collection compared to some here, but I don't wear ties often and prefer quality>quantity. (Unless you're pinkpanther and can have quality and quantity. laugh.gif)

Great tie and great collection! And I do like me some quantity and quality! icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Picture of my new green diamond weave in action. Colors are probably a bit lighter in real life.

).

Actually the bottle green. Picture is more off than I realized; odd jacket is actually a light navy. Go figure.

Today's Hober is the Atkinsons Irish Poplin #6 (3-fold construction).  Not sure if it is season appropriate but what the hell. devil.gif

They look alright to me. But then again, my favorite is a chaotic looking DFIH.
