I don't have a solid navy so I'm thinking of ordering the navy grenadine and possibly the bitter chocolate grenadine.

Fellow addicts

David sent me swatches of the new fabrics with my latest order.  I will pass them on to the next fellow who pm's me their address.  Then please continue to pass them for others.

(If any lurkers haven't taken the plunge, you should. Best ties I own, and David's service is as good as everyone here has said over and over.)

Here is the Macclesfield #114 (6-fold construction) in action. The tie is dark purple (in the likely case the photo sucks).

Any particular fabrics or patterns that you like out of the new ones?

Here's a bitter chocolate unlined, untipped, 7-fold piccola grenadine.  I hope this influences your decision to buy!  Wore this to a site visit today.

Question for David.

Do you have any plans to introduce a greater variety of grenadine ties with stripes or pin dots in the future? I'd love to see some dark red or burgundy grenadines with stripes or pin dots in addition to the lovely midnight blue ones.

I agree!

My first foray into Hober ties, a dark chocolate grenadine garza grossa:

It looks a little more burgundy in these pictures, but IRL exactly the shade of brown I was looking for.

I think this may be the beginning of an expensive relationship!

Some great looking ties, both the Macclesfield and dark chocolate grenadine. Hopefully my dark chocolate fina will be shipping soon!
