How is my lifestyle based on health, right now?

I eat 5-6 organic small meals in moderation a day. I get 8-9 hours of sleep at the same time rate. I stretch all body parts and perform yoga once a week for. I perform interval training once a week for 30 mins. I don't lift weights. Is my lifestyle good to go or what else am I suppose to add ?

The only way to true health is heavy squats and absurd amounts of protein.

I think our life is totally depend upon our health, as we all know healthy body has healthy mind. So, we can better perform in every field with a good health and healthy mind.
